Grant Mackenzie
CEO - Drake Business Logistics / Drake Business Services Asia
As the Chief Executive Officer of Drake Business Logistics and Drake Business Services Asia, Grant is based in Japan, where he focuses on expanding the local market presence.
With a wealth of experience across banking, telecommunications, professional services, and government sectors, Grant is a commercially savvy leader known for his deep expertise in logistics and BPO. His ability to deliver practical, value-driven solutions is widely respected.

Siew Wee is the Group Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing our group financial operations.
Siew Wee joined the team in April 2017 and is based in our Singapore Group Head Office. Siew Wee manages all areas of Group finance and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance. Prior to joining DBL-DBSA, Siew Wee was Assistant Accountant at a listed Oil & Gas organisation and mainly focused on group consolidation accounts.

As Group Bid Manager, Alex is responsible for drawing on Drake Business Services Asia’s extensive suite of services to deliver a purpose-built solution for clients throughout the APAC region.
Alex holds over eight years of experience in bid management, the majority of which has been spent within the Drake Group of companies in Australia and Japan. Alex’s experience within the Drake Group has provided Alex a strong background in a broad range of industries delivering the full suite of human resource management solutions offered by Drake.
Based in Tokyo, Alex works closely with Drake Business Services Asia senior management team in all countries to manage all bid and proposal submissions.

Mark is an experienced business leader and Director who creates a clear strategic view for businesses, establishing strong relationships with management teams to deliver outstanding returns to shareholders and service excellence to customers.
Mark has spent much of his 35-year career in the logistics and information management sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. He also holds Executive Director and major shareholder positions in a number of businesses operating in the energy sector as well as bringing start up technologies to market.
In his current position with DBSA, Mark takes overall responsibility for the groups’ strategic IT initiatives (including our Digital Hub technology).

Dr. Krees Castaneda is a transformational leader who has grown successful companies in the last two decades. She comes with a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, business process outsourcing, consulting, and strategic management across a wide range of industries across the globe, including healthcare, oil and gas, construction, telecommunication, logistics, banking and finance, and shared services.
With her experience in talent acquisition and logistics, Krees has shifted across various industries, learning the ropes from the ground up and showing that one can lead a company to success through a strong business sense, a deep understanding of the business, and a winning team as partner and co-creator of the future of the business.
Krees’s background in logistics stems from her years of experience with DHL, where she championed the role in quality management. She was responsible for standardizing hub and gateway operations processes and setting up the quality management system in the Asia Pacific and Middle East operations, enabling DHL to be the first company to achieve a harmonized quality system under one ISO 9002 certification.
With Krees’s leadership, ASC Global Recruitment became the no. 1 recruitment company deploying nurses and allied health professionals to the UK. Similarly, with her at the helm, Drake International Philippines became a major player in the commercial recruitment industry, serving clients in AP, EMEA, and North America.
Within three years of running Drake Businesses Services Asia(logistics and managed services), she turned the company into a powerhouse in the digital document management space, leading enterprises and multinational companies through their innovation journey.
Krees has a Doctorate degree in business administration specializing in labor migration and predictors of brain drain and how to manage this phenomenon. She aims to promote human capital formation and equitable growth in both sending and receiving countries.
Krees is an alumna of Emmanuel College-University of Cambridge, Harvard Business School and Paris School of Business.

Rose is responsible for designing and establishing strategic and tactical operational controls for the Courier Business and Warehouse Operations of Drake Business Services Asia to ensure high quality performance. Its charter is to understand what is important to the customer, provide logistics and courier services that satisfy those needs and making sure that the customer’s SLAs/KPI’s are complied with. Responsible also for maintaining the business through execution of programs to balance quality, productivity, delivery and cost and people development.
Rose is a versatile leader. Results driven. Proven ability to lead and motivate large team of employees. Her 25+ years’ experience in managing quality assurance operational units in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing companies equipped her to run successfully a logistics operation even for a shorter period.
Rose started as Quality Management Consultant in March 2017 and eventually joined as an Operations Manager in July 2017. She graduated from the Mapua Institute of Technology with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Kristine joined Drake Business Services Asia (Phils.) Inc. in October 2016. She is responsible for overseeing overall mailroom business and managing service performance, client relationship and optimizing costs and efficiency of continuing operations. Kristine was able to manage key accounts and increase customer satisfaction through process improvement via strategic workforce management integrated with technology solutions.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from University of Santo Tomas. Before joining DBSA, she has 16 years of experience in account management, business development, advertising, public relations and digital marketing. She has worked with clients from both local and international companies and handles key accounts from a diverse range of industry, such as banking & finance, FMCG/retail, pharmaceuticals, IT / BPO, telecommunications, manufacturing and engineering.

With a decade of experience in Finance and Accounting, I specialize in strategic planning and financial management. In addition to my financial expertise, I oversee administrative functions, including managing office operations, coordinating administrative support, and leading the administrative team to support the company’s goals. My comprehensive approach ensures both financial stability and operational efficiency, driving the organization towards its objectives.
Last August 2019, Kriztia joined the Finance Department of DBSA. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. She passed the Certified Public Accountant Board Examination in October 2015. She then joined the government sector and was assigned to the Accounting and Treasury Department.

Jehan Bastians has dedicated over two decades to transforming the Business IT sector, skillfully bridging the gap between advanced technology and practical business outcomes. His journey began at Suntel in Colombo—a wholly owned subsidiary of Telia of Sweden—where he immersed himself in IT solution design and implementation. This foundational role ignited his passion for crafting impactful technological solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Embracing his entrepreneurial spirit, Jehan ventured into the realms of workflows and integrated document management by establishing his own business in Colombo. He designed and developed a groundbreaking workflow and Document Management System (DMS) platform, which is now a vital asset for multiple commercial banks and large corporations. This platform has transformed customer-facing processes and empowered employees by streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
Currently, Jehan serves as the Solutions Architect for Drake Business Logistics Australia and Drake Business Services Asia. In this role, he focuses on delivering innovative logistics and workflow solutions to clients across the Asia Pacific region. He is committed to understanding the unique challenges businesses face in this dynamic market and providing tailored solutions that drive operational excellence.
