About The Role

Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Office Support Services in the Philippines, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.

We’re looking for a Japanese Content Review Agent for a Global Technology Company based in Japan (fully remote) to assist our client in reviewing content to ensure it aligns with our platform’s guidelines and policies. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for checking content to ensure it meets our client’s platform rules and community guidelines.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and moderating generated content in Japanese
• Ensuring content complies with platform policies and community standards
• Flagging, escalating, or acting on content that violates guidelines
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency in evaluations
• Communicating clearly with team members in English when necessary

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese
• Conversational proficiency in English
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Comfortable working night hours (Japan time)
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
• To be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
• Excellent time management skills
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
