CEO - Drake Business Logistics / Drake Business Services Asia
As the Chief Executive Officer of Drake Business Logistics and Drake Business Services Asia, Grant is based in Japan, where he focuses on expanding the local market presence.
With a wealth of experience across banking, telecommunications, professional services, and government sectors, Grant is a commercially savvy leader known for his deep expertise in logistics and BPO. His ability to deliver practical, value-driven solutions is widely respected.

Siew Wee Wong
Finance Manager – Drake Business Logistics and Drake Business Services Asia
Siew Wee is the Group Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing our group financial operations.
Siew Wee joined the team in April 2017 and is based in our Singapore Group Head Office. Siew Wee manages all areas of Group finance and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance. Prior to joining DBL-DBSA, Siew Wee was Assistant Accountant at a listed Oil & Gas organisation and mainly focused on group consolidation accounts.
Alex White
Group Commercial Manager
As Group Commercial Manager, Alex is responsible for developing, refining, and implementing Drake Business Services Asia’s extensive suite of solutions throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Additionally, he ensures that all processes and frameworks are standardised across each country and aligned with industry best practice.
His career spans over ten years of expertise across bid management, proposal development, marketing, process improvement, and commercial modelling.
Further, Alex holds nearly a decade of experience within the Drake Group, commencing his career in Melbourne with Drake International before transferring to the Drake Business Services Asia group in Japan.
Based in Tokyo, Alex works closely with the Drake Business Services Asia management team throughout each region to improve business practices and develop impactful client solutions that deliver efficiency and value for money.
Mark Brightwell
Group IT Director
Mark is an experienced business leader and Director who creates a clear strategic view for businesses, establishing strong relationships with management teams to deliver outstanding returns to shareholders and service excellence to customers.
Mark has spent much of his 35-year career in the logistics and information management sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. He also holds Executive Director and major shareholder positions in a number of businesses operating in the energy sector as well as bringing start up technologies to market.
In his current position with DBSA, Mark takes overall responsibility for the groups’ strategic IT initiatives (including our Digital Hub technology).
Kate Behar
Group Marketing Manager
As Group Marketing Manager, Kate leads the development and execution of the group’s marketing strategy, overseeing a dynamic team to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives aligned with regional business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
With over 15 years of global experience spanning multiple industries, Kate brings a wealth of expertise in both digital and traditional marketing. Her broad skill set enables her to drive strategic marketing initiatives that not only fuel business growth but also enhance brand visibility and market positioning. She is particularly passionate about fostering an environment where creativity thrives and every team member has the tools and confidence to contribute to the company’s success.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Kate is focused on driving business success across all APAC markets, adapting strategies to local needs while ensuring global consistency. Beyond performance metrics, she is committed to positioning the company as an workplace of choice, enhancing recruitment efforts, and nurturing a positive, inclusive workplace culture where team members feel valued and empowered to grow within their roles.
Dr. Krees Castaneda
Country Director - DBSA Philippines
Dr. Krees Castaneda is an executive coach and a transformational leader who has grown successful companies in the last two decades. She comes with a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, business process outsourcing, consulting, and strategic management across a wide range of industries across the globe, including healthcare, oil and gas, construction, telecommunication, logistics, banking and finance, and shared services.
With her experience in talent acquisition and logistics, Krees has shifted across various industries, learning the ropes from the ground up and showing that one can lead a company to success through a strong business sense, a deep understanding of the business, and a winning team as partner and co-creator of the future of the business.
Krees’s background in logistics stems from her years of experience with DHL, where she championed the role in quality management. She was responsible for standardizing hub and gateway operations processes and setting up the quality management system in the Asia Pacific and Middle East operations, enabling DHL to be the first company to achieve a harmonized quality system under one ISO 9002 certification.
With Krees’s leadership, ASC Global Recruitment became the no. 1 recruitment company deploying nurses and allied health professionals to the UK. Similarly, with her at the helm, Drake International Philippines became a major player in the commercial recruitment industry, serving clients in AP, EMEA, and North America.
Within three years of running Drake Businesses Services Asia (logistics and managed services), she turned the company into a powerhouse in the digital document management space, leading enterprises and multinational companies through their innovation journey.
Krees has a Doctorate degree in business administration, specializing in labor migration and predictors of brain drain, and how to manage this phenomenon. She aims to promote human capital formation and equitable growth in sending and receiving countries.
Krees is an alumna of Emmanuel College-University of Cambridge, Harvard Business School, and Paris School of Business.

Country Manager - DBSA Taiwan and Korea / Vaco Account Director
Iris Chiu is an experienced leader in business process outsourcing (BPO), operations management, and strategic partnerships across APAC. She specializes in leading teams, optimizing workflows, and driving business growth.
As Country Manager at Drake Business Services Asia Taiwan and Korea, she leads operations, ensuring service excellence, business expansion, and talent development. She also oversees Google/Vaco projects in Taiwan, Japan and Korea, focusing on strategic partnerships, workflow optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.
With a background in product and project management, Iris has played a key role in launching and scaling innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and streamlining complex processes. Her expertise in the BPO industry and APAC market allows her to drive operational excellence, foster partnerships, and enable sustainable business growth.
Hakjung Kim
Senior Account Manager - DBSA Korea
Hakjung joined our team as an Account Manager in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
With a successful career in sales and marketing, Hakjung originally led the sales and marketing efforts at a mobile phone company, where she developed and implemented strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. She later expanded her expertise as an International Sales Representative for a global cosmetics company, where she honed her skills in building relationships and managing international accounts.
Hakjung’s primary focus is delivering proactive, personalized service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. She places a strong emphasis on open, continuous communication, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships. Beyond customer service, she is dedicated to improving internal work efficiency by managing and supporting her team, helping them thrive in their roles so they can deliver exceptional service on customer sites.

Jehan Bastians
Solutions Architect
Jehan Bastians has dedicated over two decades to transforming the Business IT sector, skillfully bridging the gap between advanced technology and practical business outcomes. His journey began at Suntel in Colombo—a wholly owned subsidiary of Telia of Sweden—where he immersed himself in IT solution design and implementation. This foundational role ignited his passion for crafting impactful technological solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Embracing his entrepreneurial spirit, Jehan ventured into the realms of workflows and integrated document management by establishing his own business in Colombo. He designed and developed a groundbreaking workflow and Document Management System (DMS) platform, which is now a vital asset for multiple commercial banks and large corporations. This platform has transformed customer-facing processes and empowered employees by streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
Currently, Jehan serves as the Solutions Architect for Drake Business Logistics Australia and Drake Business Services Asia. In this role, he focuses on delivering innovative logistics and workflow solutions to clients across the Asia Pacific region. He is committed to understanding the unique challenges businesses face in this dynamic market and providing tailored solutions that drive operational excellence.

Nighter Wang
Finance Executive
Nighter is a Finance Executive handling predominently Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Since joining the team in October 2022, Nighter has been based at the Singapore Group Head Office. In her role, she is responsible for managing billing processes and preparing vendor payments across multiple countries.
With 10 years of experience in finance, Nighter has a strong background in AP and AR management across various industries, including Manufacturing, Education, and Food. Her expertise ensures smooth financial operations and timely processing in all areas she oversees.
